Yes. Full playthrough videos are documentary-style edits that rely on multi-camera coverage of key events like your ceremony, speeches, and dances. Two videographers ensure we capture multiple angles without missing a moment, especially when things happen simultaneously.
How is audio captured for the full playthrough?
We use a combination of direct feeds from your DJ or band’s mixer, ambient microphones, and discreet lav mics on key people (like your officiant, groom, or readers). To get clear, uninterrupted sound, we’ll coordinate with your venue, church, or audio team ahead of time.
What kind of planning is needed to make this video possible?
These videos require more coordination than highlight reels. We’ll connect with your venue, church, DJ or band, and sometimes your planner to make sure we have access to power, soundboards, and any restrictions around filming. You can help by letting us know who’s speaking and making sure they're okay wearing a small mic if needed.
